Effective 19 September 2026 · New South Wales, Australia

Terms of use

These terms are the contract for AUOdds (the website, API, alerts, and Partner account). By creating an account, paying, or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use AUOdds.

AUOdds is an odds-intelligence product. We sell information. We are not a bookmaker, we do not accept wagers, we do not hold betting funds, and we do not place bets for you. Nothing on AUOdds is financial advice, gambling advice, or a recommendation to bet.

1. Operator, law, and contact

AUOdds is operated from New South Wales, Australia. Contact: hello@auodds.com (also admin@ and support@). These terms are a contract between you and the operator of AUOdds (“we”, “us”). Governing law: New South Wales and the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction, after a genuine attempt to resolve the dispute by email to hello@auodds.com.

Tax invoices will show our legal name and ABN if we are required to be registered for GST. Until that is printed on an invoice, hello@auodds.com is the contact for operator details.

Nothing in these terms limits your right to complain to NSW Fair Trading or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission where those rights apply. Nothing here is legal, tax, or gambling advice to you about your own affairs.

2. The service

Partners receive live Australian sports and racing prices from licensed Australian betting service providers we cover, search, API access, and alerts when our system sees an arb, a two-sided match lock, or a remaining-field race lock. We display odds of licensed Australian betting service providers only. Coverage, refresh time, and which books appear can change. Prices move. A bookmaker may reject, delay, limit, or void a bet. A lock on our board is not a filled bet and is not a guaranteed profit.

You decide whether and how to use the information. You are responsible for complying with each bookmaker’s terms and with the law where you are, including any self-exclusion or BetStop obligations that apply to you. Gambling can be harmful. Help: Gambling Help 1800 858 858 (gamblinghelponline.org.au). BetStop is the national self-exclusion register for wagering accounts — it is not a register we can check, and AUOdds is not a wagering operator.

3. What we are not

If that ever changes, these terms will change first and we will not take bets under this version.

4. Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older, give a real email you control, keep the password secret, and not share the account or API key. One person (or one business you control) per account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that is unpaid, chargebacked, abusive, fraudulent, used to attack the service, used to resell the feed, or used in a way that would make supplying the service unlawful.

Until Square checkout is connected, we may grant Partner access without a card. When checkout is live, access follows payment status: paid and current → active; unpaid, failed renewal, refunded, or disputed → pending or held; cancelled subscription → cancelled at the end of the paid period unless Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.

5. Fees, GST, Square, refunds

The Partner plan is A$499 per calendar month. That is the total you pay today. We do not currently display an ABN. Prices are not charged as a GST-inclusive taxable supply until we have an ABN and, if required, GST registration. We will notify you and update this page before charging GST. Square Australia processes the card. We do not store full card numbers. Proof of transaction (receipt) will identify the supplier; a tax invoice needs an ABN and cannot be issued until we have one.

The subscription renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel by emailing hello@auodds.com (or through Square if that control is shown on your account). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the law requires an earlier refund. There is no change-of-mind cooling-off for ordinary website signup. That does not affect your Australian Consumer Law rights.

Australian Consumer Law. If you acquire the service as a consumer, guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) Sch 2) cannot be excluded. Those guarantees include that services will be provided with due care and skill and will be reasonably fit for the purpose we represent. For a major failure you may cancel and obtain a refund of the unused portion, or compensation for reduced value, plus compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our failure (not including your betting wins or losses). For a failure that is not major, you are entitled to have the problem rectified in a reasonable time, and if that is not done, to cancel and obtain a refund of the unused portion. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits those rights. Complaints: hello@auodds.com, then NSW Fair Trading, the ACCC, or NCAT where those forums apply.

Downtime refund (warranty against defects — additional to the ACL). If our live odds feed — meaning the AUOdds board and API that we operate — is unavailable for a continuous period of 24 hours or more in a billing month because of an incident in our control, email hello@auodds.com within 14 days of the outage. Tell us the UTC window. We will refund that month’s Partner fee. You do not pay extra expenses to claim this. This promise lasts for the paid month in which the outage occurred. It does not cover: blips under 24 hours; scheduled maintenance we announce at least 48 hours ahead; bookmaker websites or apps being down; your internet, device, or API client; or a book rejecting a bet. We do not refund losses on bets you placed using the data.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:

You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.

The downtime refund above is in addition to those rights. Contact: AUOdds, hello@auodds.com. Phone and Australian street address for the operator will be added to this page when the business name and ABN are issued — until then, email is the claim channel. Chargebacks and payment disputes may pause the account until resolved.

6. Acceptable use

7. Data, accuracy, and no “guaranteed win”

We work to publish live prices quickly. We do not warrant that every price is complete, current at the moment you bet, or accepted by the book. A displayed lock can disappear before you stake. We do not promise a win rate, a return, or that covering every result will be possible at the sizes you want.

Do not rely on marketing language, screenshots, or sample locks as a prediction of your results. Past locks are not a forecast.

8. Intellectual property

We own the site, the feed, the API, the marks, and the compiled odds board. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Partner service for the paid period. You do not get ownership of the data. You may not reverse engineer the service except to the extent the law cannot be excluded.

9. Privacy and email

We handle personal information as described in the Privacy policy. Service email (confirmations, password resets, billing, outages) is part of the service. Marketing email, if we send any, will include a way to opt out, consistent with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

10. Liability

We are not liable for lost bets, bookmaker rejections, one-sided exposure, staking errors, or a price moving before you can bet — those are outside the service we sell. This does not exclude the consumer guarantees, fraud, or liability that cannot be excluded by law. For loss that can be limited, our aggregate liability is limited to the Partner fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or resupply of the service, but only where the Australian Consumer Law allows that limitation. It does not apply to a consumer guarantee remedy.

You indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service (including using it to operate an unlicensed betting service, or reselling the feed), except to the extent we caused the loss by our negligence or by failing a non-excludable consumer guarantee.

11. Availability and changes

We may change books covered, features, and these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after that date is acceptance, except that a change which takes away an ACL right does not take that right away. We may discontinue the service; if we do, prepaid unused time is refunded unless a different ACL remedy applies.

12. General

If a clause is unenforceable, the rest remains. We may assign this contract as part of a sale of the service; you may not assign without our written consent. These terms and the Privacy policy are the entire agreement for the service. Notices: email to the address on your account, and to hello@auodds.com for notices to us.
